What Is AskAI?

AskAI is a built-in AI workspace inside Ajax Union MarTech that helps you create content, get answers, generate assets, and complete real tasks without leaving the platform. The whole point is to reduce screen-switching: rather than jumping between tools and tabs, you work through natural-language prompts from one place.

You can type your request or use voice input to speak instructions directly into AskAI. That makes it faster to move through everyday work — drafting content, asking a quick question, or kicking off a task — without manually clicking through each step. For focused, high-volume work, AskAI also opens in a full-screen workspace, so it's not a chatbot tucked in a corner. It's a place to actually get things done.

One setup tip before you start: To get content that actually sounds like your business, configure your brand voice first under Marketing > Branded Content > Brand Voice. Once that's set, AskAI can write in your tone instead of a generic one.

Where to Find AskAI

There are two ways into AskAi, depending on how you like to work.

The fastest route is the top navigation bar. Click the AskAI icon from anywhere in your account, type or speak what you need, and the assistant responds right there. This is ideal when you're in the middle of something else and want a quick answer or a fast draft without losing your place.

The second route is the left navigation panel, where AskAI appears as its own dedicated menu item. Opening it this way launches the full-screen workspace — better suited to longer sessions where you want room to work, review responses, and manage several conversations at once.

When you open AskAI, you'll often see suggested prompts to help you start quickly. These are optional — use them as-is, edit them first, or ignore them and type your own custom prompt in the composer.

The sidebar is where you manage everything. You can review past sessions, jump back into an existing conversation, or start a New chat when you're switching to a separate task. If you haven't started anything yet, the sidebar simply points you toward beginning a new conversation or trying a suggested prompt.

One genuinely useful detail: AskAI preserves your conversation even when you navigate away. Because each chat holds its own state, you can leave AskAI to check another page or setting, then come back to the exact same conversation without losing your place. That matters when AskAI is helping with a task that requires you to look something up elsewhere in your account — you won't have to start over.
