How To Create a Blog

Adding a blog to your Unlimited Digital Marketing platform is a great way to boost SEO, share updates, and engage your audience with valuable content. Here’s a step-by-step guide to creating and customizing your blog using the Sites section of your dashboard.

Step 1: Access the Blog Section

From your sub-account dashboard, go to Sites > Blog. This is where you’ll set up and manage your blog and all its related content.

Step 2: Create a New Blog

Click to create a new blog, then fill in the following key details:

• Blog Name: Give your blog a clear, relevant title.

• Domain & Slug: Choose the domain where your blog will be hosted. Optionally, add a slug to define the blog path (e.g., /blog).

• Description: Add a short blog description (around 250 characters) to support SEO efforts.

Note: Be sure to assign a domain before proceeding.

Domain Examples

Using a Primary Domain (e.g., abc.com):

• Blog URL: abc.com/blog

• Blog Post URL: abc.com/post/post-name

• Category URL: abc.com/blog/category/category-name

• Tag URL: abc.com/blog/tag/tag-name

• Author URL: abc.com/blog/author/-name

Using a Subdomain (e.g., blog.abc.com):

• Blog URL: blog.abc.com

• Blog Post URL: blog.abc.com/post-name

• Category URL: blog.abc.com/category/category-name

• Tag URL: blog.abc.com/tag/tag-name

• Author URL: blog.abc.com/author/author-name

In both cases, the system automatically checks for existing URLs and ensures uniqueness if conflicts arise.

Step 3: Manage Blog Posts

Once your blog is created, you’ll be redirected to a list view where you can:

• Add new blog posts

• Edit existing posts

• View your blog’s content structure

Step 4: Customize Your Blog Design

To personalize your blog’s look and feel:

• Choose from different layout templates

• Customize how your blog cards appear (including featured image, tags, headings, and more)

• Style each blog element such as title, author, publish date, and post description

You can also manage homepage and individual post pages to align with your branding and content goals.
